Exchange and Return Policy

:Exchange Policy

Exchange is easy, convenient, and available within 48 hours from receiving your order.

:All you need to do is

  • Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp: 0566664343.
  • Provide them with your order number, replacement model, and required size to submit your exchange request.
  • Once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to include all accessories, the replacement order will be shipped immediately.

:Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not be used.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost of 38 SAR. If the product is defective or there is an error from the store, Al Reem Store will bear the costs.
  • After the shipping label is issued by Curly Brown Store, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest Aramex branch.
  • Exchange is available one time only, and the replacement order cannot be returned.
  • You can add any suitable product to your exchange order.



The customer is responsible for returning the shipment to the shipping company branch and printing the return shipping label sent by us.



For international shipping, returns or exchanges are not available unless the error is from the store only.

:Return Policy

Returns are available within 24 hours from receiving your order. Any request submitted after this period will not be accepted

  • Provide us with your order number, reason for return, IBAN number, bank name, and the account holder’s full name to submit your return request.
  • Once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to include all accessories, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days from receiving the returned product.

:Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not be used.
  • The customer bears the return shipping cost of 55 SAR. If the product is defective or there is an error from Curly Brown Store, the store will bear all costs.
  • The amount paid for shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees goes to the shipping company and cannot be refunded.



  • After the shipping label is issued by Curly Brown Store, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest Aramex branch.



If the customer paid through Tabby or Tamara and wishes to return the order, the customer must transfer the shipping label fee. After receiving the order and confirming the product is in good condition, we will cancel the payments



The customer is responsible for returning the returned or exchanged shipment to the shipping company branch and printing the return shipping label sent by us



The customer bears the shipping cost both ways if the shipment is not received

 

Refund period: 10 business days

If the customer cancels the order after the shipping label has been issued and the order status is “Completed”, a shipping fee of 19 SAR will be deducted.
